If you are experiencing trouble downloading the videos, please review the following checklist first:
- Do you have an Internet connection 5 Mbps or higher? Slower Internet speeds may cause timeout issues, especially for the HQ MP4 video files, which can be 600 MB–1.2 GB in size.
- Is the video attempting to play inside the browser without downloading? This can happen when you left click on a link. The browser has an integrated player which will attempt to play the media. To avoid this and start downloading, right click on the link and click “save as” or “save link as.”
