My video is taking a long time to load. What should I do?

Do you have an Internet connection 5 Mbps or higher? Slower Internet speeds may cause timeout issues and slow loading times. You may try streaming at a lower quality by selecting the "gear" icon in the lower right corner of the video window, and selecting a quality setting of around 360p to lower the bandwidth requirements of the video.
